If you have a healthy body with regular postural issues and aches welcome. If you have specific injuries or conditions please join private classes.
You will train individually in a group of normally 3-4 in a shared private training class focusing on your individual programme . Using the full system of Pilates. We recommend you also take 1 private class a month to maintain long term progress.
NOTE: 09:00 Wednesdays is for Intermediate level.
